Do you hold a NSW licence?

Yes. NSW licensed (L8677) and fully insured for residential plumbing. We display our licence on both our website footer and invoices, for peace of mind.
Who will turn up to my job?
Mick or Matt. The people you speak with are the ones who arrive, do the work, and tidy up. We don’t send subcontractors, so communication stays clear daily.
How do you quote jobs?
We discuss the issue, outline options, and give upfront pricing before work starts. For bigger jobs we scope it in writing so you can compare and approve easily.
Where do you work?
We service homes across the Blue Mountains to Penrith, including Springwood, Emu Plains, Katoomba, and St Marys. If you’re close, ask—we’ll confirm if we can help.
What's the turn around time?
