Our story

Quick Mick’s Plumbing started in 2022 when Mick chose to work smaller and closer to home. After decades on the tools, he wanted people back at the centre of the job: reliable plumbing for neighbours at a fair price.

Matt joined the same year as an apprentice. He learned the trade beside his dad, doing things the right way, not the fast way.

He’s now a qualified plumber, having finished his apprenticeship, and is currently completing his Cert IV to deepen his skills.

Today, as a father–son team, we’re proud to serve Blue Mountains homes. We answer the phone, turn up when we say, explain your options in plain English, and leave the place tidy. Honest, reliable plumbing you don’t have to think twice about.

Do you hold a NSW licence?

Yes. NSW licensed (L8677) and fully insured for residential plumbing. We display our licence on both our website footer and invoices, for peace of mind.

Who will turn up to my job?

Mick or Matt. The people you speak with are the ones who arrive, do the work, and tidy up. We don’t send subcontractors, so communication stays clear daily.

How do you quote jobs?

We discuss the issue, outline options, and give upfront pricing before work starts. For bigger jobs we scope it in writing so you can compare and approve easily.

Where do you work?

We service homes across the Blue Mountains to Penrith, including Springwood, Emu Plains, Katoomba, and St Marys. If you’re close, ask and we’ll confirm if we can help.

What's the turnaround time?

We respond quickly to online forms, but the fastest way to book something in is to call Mick directly on 0413 662 535.
